Sales Representative Description

The sales representative is primarily responsible for building client relationships and converting those relationships into product sales.

Responsibilities of Sales Representative

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge
• Identify and generate leads to build new customer relationships
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Deliver product presentations and answer product questions
• Prepare quotes and negotiate prices and terms under the direction of the General Manager
• Maintain records in CRM
• Collaborate with project management, production, etc. to deliver successful projects and earn repeat business

Qualifications of Sales Representative

• Top-tier communication, digital and particularly in-person
• General construction literacy including reading civil construction plans
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• An organized and effective planner
• Self-starter with the drive to exceed established KPIs.

$80K plus bonuses.
